Remote support

ClockWise can provide remote support with the help of TeamViewer. A ClockWise employee can then see your computer screen and possibly give instructions or perform actions.

Support on Windows

Click on the link below to start the TeamViewer client application for Windows computers.

When the file has finsihed downloading. Click on the file to Run it.

If there is a notification of your virus or firewall software then give permission for running or accessing the internet.
The application provides an ID and password. Pass both the ID and password on to ClockWise, who can then start the connection. (The password changes each time the application is launched. Once the application is closed ClockWise can no longer get access to your screen)

Support on Mac / Apple

Click on the link below to download the TeamViewer client application for Apple computers.

Then click on 'Run' or 'Unpack'.
Start the application by clicking on 'TeamViewerQS'.
The application provides an ID and password. Pass both the ID and password on to ClockWise, who can then start the connection. (The password changes each time the application is launched. Once the application is closed ClockWise can no longer get access to your screen
