Use two-factor authentication to login more secure!
With two factor autentication you need an extra code to login in to your ClockWise account. Two-factor is used to make the login procedure extra secure. To use this two-factor authectication you will need a authetication app installed on your smartphone.

How to initiate two-factor authentication

Download an authenticator app on your smartphone. In the appstores different free apps are available.
Login to your ClockWise account and go to 'Configuration -> Change password'. Check the checbox 'two-factor authentication'.
Scan the shown Qrcode with the authenticator app and enter the show verication code in ClockWise.
Click finish.

From that moment you will need to enter an extra verification code to enter ClockWise. You can find this code by starting the app and openingthe saved ClockWise authentication code.

Every ClockWise user needs to do this himself.

Add a Customer in your ClockWise environment in which you enter your company info
In Configuration > System settings, you can select this customer as a source for master data
If this is configured, then this info can be printed your invoice template.
This way, any changes in your adress, bank account number, phone -or vat number can be updated by the administrator on the administration page.

If the customer for master data is configured, please contact ClockWise to edit and upload your template, so it will be able to read the master data.
